Mechanics Special 07 Chevy Impala - $500

I have a 2007 Chevy Impala with 285k miles I'm trying to get rid of.
The transmission will not shift out of first anymore, but it still moves.
It does have an oil leak from the oil pan gasket needing to be replaced.
I'm not a mechanic, but I think it can be fixed or you can use it for parts.
Either way, you take the whole car.
I can't move it for you.
