PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs the required tasks of intelligence operational planning, providing support to the assessment of near-term ISR plans to ensure integration into and synchronization with overall II MEF objectives
Provides direct support for preparing and updating intelligence specific portions of OPLANS, Contingency OPLANS, formal briefings, CONOPS, and TTPs needed to effectively integrate future plans into current operations
Provides coordinated intelligence support for operational planning teams (OPT), working groups (WG), exercises and exchanges
Integrates with Government intelligence operational planners to assist in Intelligence Planning Teams (IPT) efforts to assist in planning, execution, oversight, and evaluation
Designs and prepares intelligence production templates
Creates presentations, digital images, briefing boards, and other visual media products
Recommends, maintains, and implements information management/knowledge management (IM/KM) processes, system architecture/information flow, and functional requirements and documentation in support of II MEF G2 IOC
Performs/oversees configuration management of servers and endpoints across the enterprise to enable consistent configurations, security compliance, and recovery
Monitors, maintains and evaluates operational capabilities of existing information systems and equipment, enhancing results by identifying information systems technology opportunities and developing application strategies for use throughout IT
Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
Requirements:
MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field and eight (8) or more years work related experience
Experience updating intelligence specific portions of OPLANS, Contingency OPLANS, formal briefings, CONOPS, and TTPs
Proven expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to obtain and maintain a CompTIA Security Plus Certification within three (3) months of employment
Possess a current DoD Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Comparted Information eligibility
DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and ten (10) or more years work related experience
Applicants having hands-on experience providing or managing ISR data collection, analysis and IT systems for II Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF)
Ten (10) years of experience supporting DOD programs
Thorough understanding of II MEF G2 IOC operations
DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II compliant
