* Experience in developing computer numerically-controlled (CNC) programs for Composite Automated Fiber Placement
* Job involves, 5-6 axis programming, Drilling, Trimming, Automated fiber placement.
* Experience in Broetje, Brown and M-Torres Trim and drilling machining programming"
* Optimized CNC program genera on from 3 axes to 5 axes using CATIA V5 so ware
* Tool path simulation, verification / validation and optimization using simulation software – Vericut
* Creating setup/shop floor documentations
* Revise, update programs and documents based on FAI reports and engineering changes.
*Mandatory Skills *
* Expertise in CNC program genera on using Catia V5 and verification using Vericut software
* Good knowledge in selection of various tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, and Inserts used on various machines.
* Experience in composite design, layup and manufacturing process
* Fair working experience in Catia V5 modeling and assembly
* Strong knowledge on drawing standards and GD&T
* Continually monitor programs and manufacturing techniques for better machining practices and utilizing creative methods to improve productivity
* Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Communicate with supervisors.

* Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
* Transfer information and knowledge to offshore team as required; Work as a team to ensure complete on of task in a timely manner.
