Open Intern Positions: Finance/Business Coordinator: As a Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various business processes within GPA.
The role involves handling various aspects of billing, communications and data management.
The business coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the financial and data health of the organization by ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes as well as current customer records.
Responsibilities: Purchase Order Generation: Prepare and issue purchase orders to vendors based on received quotes and business requirements.
Data Entry: Accurately enter purchase orders and billing information into the system, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
Vendor & Customer Setup: Coordinate the receipt of required documentation and maintain the database for vendors and customers.
Invoice Data Entry: Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies before completing data entry.
Financial Processes: Record and manage financial data such as sales commissions, forecasting, and other business financial needs.
Communication: Correspond with customers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and customer interactions.
Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports related to billing activities, forecasting accounts, payable and accounts receivable.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and operational excellence, to ensure accurate billing information, vendor invoicing and resolve issues.

Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Previous experience in billing, accounting, or financial coordination is preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve billing issues.

Operational Technology Intern: As an OT/IT Intern, you will support and maintain the GPA Help Desk.
This includes working with other OT Team Members to establish duties as assigned or with challenges and issues as they arise.
You will work under the direction of the Director of Operational Technology Solutions.
This role also includes additional support for GPA's networking and IT Professionals.
This position will serve as a direct escalation path on day-to-day operations, projects, and will work directly with other OT Team members to implement solutions and complete tasks associated with the support of the GPA systems as well as day-to-day operational duties.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
Provide technical support and guidance to employees on IT/OT-related matters.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
Participate in IT/OT projects, including system upgrades and deployments.
Help manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, and firewalls.
Contribute to the development and documentation of IT policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications: Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science or related field.
Strong interest in IT/OT and technology.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft products including Server, Workstation.

Manufacturing Intelligence Intern: The Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) Solutions Intern position is a learning position for application development and database support.
This position will provide learning experience of database and application environments.
The Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) Solutions Intern is responsible for working with MI Specialists and MI Architects to learn day-to-day operations of database environments including software installation, database creation, upgrades, patches, problem diagnosis, performance monitoring, maintenance, process automation, evaluation, and tuning recommendations.
They will also contribute to application development in all aspects of database integration including the deployment of requested database code and configuration changes, as well as reviewing SQL statements and guiding developers on best practices around how to interact with the database.
Responsibilities: Learn the day-to-day operations of multiple Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Optimize databases for performance and scalability.
Responsible for problem resolution, database configuration, capacity planning, performance tuning and optimizations.
Design and implement databases for industrial applications.
Provide additional support for MI Solutions Specialist, Architect, Consultant, and above.

This position will provide learning experience of automation skills and environments.
The Automation Intern is responsible for working with Automation Specialists and Architects to learn the daily operations of Automation projects.
