As Wrightsville Beach’s Premiere Destination Resort, the *Blockade Runner Beach Resort* has sixty years of experience in providing sensational customer service, shaped by the luxury of being a part of the coastal culture of one of the most beautiful and serene beaches on the North Carolina Coast.
Each employee, trained and empowered, is responsible for providing a guest experience that is not only enjoyable but unforgettable.
We are seeking part-time and full-time seasonal *Guest Services Agents *at our resort.
The Guest Services Agent functions include checking guests in and out, making room reservations, giving recommendations, and providing directions.
The perfect candidate will have a positive attitude perfect for creating, maintaining, and nurturing guest relationships.

Base rate of pay $15.
50 + depending on experience, plus bonus potential!

*We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:*
· High school diploma required
· Must be 18+ years of age
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
· Previous customer service experience required, hotel experience is preferred
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekend shifts available
· Must be able to stand for up to eight hours a day
