*Job Description* The Fitness Consultant is responsible for assisting in creating an unforgettable experience while assisting with monitoring daily functions.
As well as assisting in driving new Members into the facility through regularly scheduled follow up, engaging within the community, and creating an unforgettable experience.
The individual will need to have strong relationship building skills in order to assist in achieving or exceed sales goals.
*Ideal Candidate* * Must have a passion for fitness.
* Able to follow instructions while also letting their personality shine.
* Very outgoing individual with the ability to start and hold conversations with Prospective Members and existing Members.
* Able to handle adversity while remaining professional.
*Job Duties* * Meeting or exceeding individual sales goals to help achieve or exceed team sales goals.
* Work with and promote all departments of Axis Fitness + Training to increase total revenue.
* Assist in maintaining a clean, sanitized, and professional appearance throughout the entire facility.
* Assist in administrative tasks such as inputting member documents and handling membership account questions.
* Assist in community engagement through events and marketing partnerships to drive traffic to all Axis Fitness + Training locations.
