Need help with Google reviews (Brunswick County)

This assisted living facility is one of the worst in all of North Carolina.
They don’t give you raises, they have an incentive program, but if your kid is sick or you been sick with covid catching it from this facility, they take your pay away.
Been there 4 years, no raise (even a 3% each year would give me 12% permanently - wouldn’t matter if I was late or called out, pay the same).
Place is called Coastal Point Assisted Living.
Low Google reviews please.
Hopefully put pressure on this ownership.
