Yoga Instruction Introductory and beginning yoga.
Individual Instruction: Emphasis is on relaxation.
In these lessons, you will be introduced to the postures of Yoga and the Yoga way.
Lessons are designed for the needs of the individual student.
Lessons are positive and contribute to the health and well being of the body, mind and spirit.
Excepting women students only at this time.
