Property Maintenance (Live-in) Shop, Storage yard, residence, etc. (Wilmington)

Looking for a job that provides “living quarters.
I am well versed in most of the Building Trades, I have been working in the auto industry for the past twenty years .
My tools have gone missing about 6 months ago and that is why I find myself in this situation.
I’m 64 years old, I have issues, I have a cat, so I would need for him to be part of the “deal”.
I am reliable, and trustworthy.
