Broadstep Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist to join our community based team working with adults suffering with mental health.
The full-time Therapist or Team Lead is responsible for:
• Completing CCAs
• Engaging members in therapy as needed
• directly providing services to ACT service beneficiaries, where a therapeutic relationship is developed between ACT service beneficiaries and the Team Leader.
Example roles include:
• assuming an active role in screening referrals and assessing beneficiaries at intake;
• acting as assistant lead clinician, therefore working closely with a select group of service beneficiaries who can benefit from the Team Leader’s clinical expertise;
• modeling behaviors through service provision for the purpose of clinical supervision;
• participating in person-centered planning meetings; and
• working with beneficiary’s natural supports.
Must be:
• Must have a valid LCSW, LCSWA, LPC, or LCHMC licensure
• 1 year of experience working in psychiatric care
• willing to travel
• visit individuals in their home
• team player
• honest
• help in all aspect of service delivery
• knowledge of CBT, MI, and DBT
