Craftsman M320 Lawn Mower - $75 (Pine Valley)

I've got a Craftsman lawn mower with a new air filter, fresh oil, new spark plug, and recently cleaned carb that still has something wrong with it.
It takes a ton of pulls to get going and gets bogged down very easily and then shuts off.
It is probably something simple to fix for someone who works on lawn mowers, but I already replaced it.
Will deliver for $25 extra.
