Ideal candidates are experienced welders, steel erectors, and can work from drawings or build on the fly.
We pay based on experience and capabilities.
Pay is every Friday, 8 paid holidays plus 5 paid days off per year\* to start.
We work 7:30a to 4:30p M-Th; 7:30-2 F summer hours; overtime is optional, but not demanded.

Within 30days, you will go through an OSHA10 Construction Training, be assessed of your skill set, then we'll sit down and set a short and long term professional plan for you.
