*Job Overview:* We are seeking a skilled Construction Billing and Project Coordinator to assist with managing construction projects from beginning to end.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction billing and possess knowledge in project coordination, contract management, and construction estimating.
Experience with Builder Trend is strongly preferred.
*Responsibilities:* - Assist with all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation - Ensure invoices are entered and paid on time - Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines - Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications - Utilize Builder Trend for project management and billing - Use of Quickbooks and ability to navigate various accounts - Assist with construction estimating and budgeting for projects *Qualifications:* - High school diploma, college education preferred - Builder Trend software experience is advantageous - Experience with billing/invoicing (preferably in a fast pasted construction company) - Proven experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes - Proficiency in project management software and tools - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment *Nice-to-have Skills:* - Experience with construction estimating - Proficiency with project scheduling - Familiarity with reading blueprints and material procurement - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook This can be a full-time or part-time position depending on the candidate.
