With offices across North Carolina, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of multiple office locations including buildings, properties, and equipment.
Activities entail plumbing repair, equipment repair, furniture, and equipment relocation, painting and minor construction.
*This position will travel to all Onslow and Carteret County locations.
Qualifications and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid North Carolina driver’s license
Two to five years of building repair or construction experience
Experience with various hand tools and power tools
Previous experience driving for an organization, preferred
Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following
Prioritize and complete work order assignments received by phone, email, and maintenance ticketing system
Perform routine maintenance at the main and satellite facilities
Inspect lighting and replace bulbs as needed
Minor construction such as shelving, replacing molding, replacing door locks
Plan and oversee the relocation of equipment and furniture
Transport supplies, material and equipment between office locations, and other outside vendors
Maintains a pleasant, cooperative demeanor while performing all duties

Follows all applicable department and practice policies and procedures
Maintains patient confidentiality; complies with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality guidelines established by the practice
Performs other duties as required and assigned by the Manager
