Fast growing real estate, management, and contractor seeking hard working, handy and reliable individuals or 2-person crews to perform renovations and maintenance on our clients' residential portfolio in Duplin, Onslow and Pender counties.
Depending on your capabilities we have many projects for you including everything from basic to more skilled tasks including: painting, trash removal, demolition, and spackling to more qualified interior renovation and installation work.
We are seeking independent workers/contractors, but will provide tools and materials needed for jobs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $100.
00 - $175.
