Rodgers has an immediate need for an Assistant Superintendent in Wilmington NC.
Requirements/Experience:
4 years of experience in commercial or healthcare construction (most of this time being in the field)
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Ensure all projects are performed in accordance with contract and quality standards.
Lead, direct and coordinate the work of subcontractors.
Maintain daily paperwork including timecards, field reports, RFIs, etc.
Enforce strict safety practices.
Maintain or assist in maintaining material usage logs.
Participate in Job Progress meetings.
Participate in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficient using various IT devices and programs, laptop PCs, tablets, MS Office
OSHA 10-hour course
Participate in field quality control.
