We do gel coat, fiberglass, and detailing of boats from yachts to skiffs.
Work alongside Master Carpenter and master fiberglass mechanics if you're looking to punch a time clock, you're probably not the right fit.
We're looking for motivated people that want to get paid based on their skill level.
It doesn't matter if your learning for the first time, or are seasoned in detail and construction.
Beginner $15 an hour , performance review every month with potential $2 an hour increase.
Intermediate, start at $18 an hour with $2 increase per month up to $25.
Skilled, start at $25 an hour, and up to $35 an hour for a top producer.
Again, not looking for people just going through the motion.
We're looking for people that are really wanting to produce and refine your skill ( and get paid for it).
We do not babysit, your future depends on your motivation and performance.
Super cool working environment, must be able to work alone and produce results.
