ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Community Manager, you are the mayor of this residential community and responsible for the financial success.
You do this by having an aptitude for property management operations, procedures and optimizing income and the bottom line of the P&L.

Education/Training
2+ years in a Property Manager Position required
Dynamic team leader, communicator & listener
Expert time management, self-starter, and organizational skills
Recognized designation in property management such as NALP, CAM, CPM, CAPS
The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
